A home remodel in the Park Cities, TX asks for careful planning, and Homecorp handles the design and the construction as one project. We are a woman-owned design and build remodeling company, working across Dallas since 2003.
The Park Cities are Highland Park and University Park, two towns surrounded by Dallas, each with its own permits and rules. Homes here range from houses close to a century old to recent construction, and a remodel often has to respect the character of the house while updating how it works. That can mean a new kitchen, rebuilt bathrooms, an addition, or a whole-home remodel planned in one set of drawings.
A home remodel in the Park Cities, TX with Homecorp starts with a visit to the house. Sandy Tabacinic walks the project with you, the team prepares floor plans and finish selections, and the same team manages the build through the final walkthrough. Every estimate is written for the specific home. We also design and build outdoor living spaces and offer interior design with space planning. When a home has water damage, Homecorp works together with mitigation companies and then rebuilds the damaged rooms.
To talk through your project and schedule a visit, call Sandy at 214 450 2449 or send us a note. Hablamos español. See recent Homecorp projects on Instagram and Facebook.
